MFHM (My Father's House Ministry) Daily Agenda

(approx. timeline)

 

All are strongly encouraged to wear a mask except while eating or sleeping.

All guests and volunteers will be scanned for their temperature (<100.0 degrees).

 

5:00 p.m. – Sign-in – First time attendees will need to fill out guest registration sheet to be kept on file, given a copy of participation policy and sign bottom of registration sheet. Every night a sign in sheet will be used and this info transferred to back of their guest sheet to record the dates they attended. Guests and belongings will be scanned with a metal detector for weapons. Ask guests to wash hands and use sanitizer; they may sign up for bathing time slots. Bed linens are passed out.

6:00 p.m. – Dinner served.

Paper products used. Water, tea, coffee/Cleanup/Only 2 people to serve with help from sign in volunteers. Due to COVID, we will serve guests and not have buffet.

6:45 p.m. – Program/Daily Devotional.

7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. – Free time/showers if available or social time.

8:00 p.m. – Doors locked. No one admitted after 8:00 p.m. unless escorted by police or making prior arrangements due to work schedule.

9:00 p.m. – Prepare for bed.

9:30 p.m. – Lights out

6:00 a.m. – Overnight chaperones begin preparing breakfast. Coffee, milk, occasional OJ, food items placed out.

6:00 a.m. – Everyone is awake and dressed – if not returning, strip bed and place linens in designated hampers; returning guest straighten bedding (make their bed). All bedding removed on Tuesday mornings.

6:15 a.m. – Breakfast – quick, single use items, can be microwavable; fruit, yogurt; OJ; milk, coffee, etc.

 

6:45 a.m. – Everyone out of dining area and collecting belongings.

7:00 a.m. – Everyone leaves the premises. Laundry taken to front door on designated days. Kitchen cleanup, floors swept in dining, general sweep of bathrooms to straighten. Disinfectant provided to spray on tables, chairs, countertops, mattresses, bathroom handles on doors, sinks and toilets, set of toilets. Leave disinfectant for 10-minute contact time before wiping. Make sure to spray handles to entry doors also. Trash removed from the building and placed in receptables outside for city pickup.
