Roseann Shirley was born in New Castle, PA. She has been married to Franklin Shirley for 28 years. Combined they have four children, two of which Roseann homeschooled from kindergarten through high school graduation. Roseann enjoys teaching, helping others, horses, and being creative. She has combined these interests throughout her career. She has served for many years in several churches in both AZ and TN in children’s and youth ministries. She has worked at the Robertson County YMCA as a Youth Activity Center attendant, bringing arts and crafts into the program. She has also combined her love of horses with helping others by becoming EAGALA certified and working alongside mental health therapists to assist both children and adults. Roseann especially enjoys sharing her love of God through creativity. As the art instructor of GBA, she is excited to minister to the children in one of her favorite ways.
