Service to God is a distinguishing identity of our life.

What Service is about

  • Service is proof of dedication or commitment.

  • Meeting the needs or filling the gaps.

  • Offering of help or assistance.   

  • Making a difference.            

  •  The deployment of effort, time    and ability. 

  • Service is required in all who   belong to Christ(Romans 6:19). 

  • Serving is to Love & Value God. 

Profit of Kingdom Service

  • Kingdom Service brings completion of life (Gen. 2:8,18).

  • Attracts the Blessing of God, Divine health, and vitality (Ex. 23:25).

  • Brings a dressing of honor and dignity (Prov. 27:18).

  • The doorway to a life of distinction (Mal. 3:17).

  • Will Gain all that is needful (Matt. 6:33).

Qualifications for Service

  •  The passion to make difference or to meet a need(1Sam, 17:26).  

  • Genuine love and affection for God(Ps. 27:4-5).

  • Serve God with all your heart, might, mind, and strength.

  • Must be called of God by revelation.

  • God calls us to have a part in accomplishing his purpose.

Key to Effective Service

  • Ask God to show you your area of service or assignment(Acts 9:6).

  • Look inward to identify gifts or potentials that can be used in service(1Sam.16:17,23).

  • Look outwards to see needs that compel your attention or involvement.

  • Serve heartily, not with eye service (Eph. 6:4-6).

  • Serve reverently and Passionately (Rom. 12:11)

  • Go the extra mile (Eccl. 9:10).

  • Giving your life, Tim, energy and resources to serve God and His Kingdom.

  • The Need you are created to solve always cries out for you.

  • Father, I come before You today to receive the grace to Serve You.                              Show me what to do and help me to do what You want me to do Lord, in Jesus' name AMEN
